It was released as a Booster in Japan on December 10th, 2022 for 1760円. It is the final regular release by Takara Tomy in the Burst Series.

In the toyline, it is the successor to Lucifer The End Kou Drift.

Takara Tomy's Lucifer is a right-spin DB Core that features the face of the DB Core's namesake, Lucifer, a fallen angel from Abrahamic religions. The top left and top right of the DB Core features two golden letter "H"-shaped claws, referencing Helios and Hyperion respectively. Like the Valkyrie 2 DB Core, Lucifer features three thick Locks and high Burst Resistance. This is further complemented by three "BU Locks". The "BU Lock" gimmick consists of three grooves on Lucifer that lock into raised protrusions on the Disc tabs of the two BU Lock compatible DB Discs, Xanthus and Moon. This results in increased Burst Resistance and a sturdy combinations, preventing the Disc from shaking during battle.

Takara Tomy's 10 is an Armor with triangular shapes at ten points. This design creates a stable weight distribution and high Stamina, as its weight is evenly distributed among ten points. As such, it is highly versatile and one of the most useful Armors, and finds the most use in Defense and Stamina Type Combinations.

Illegal is a circular DB Disc with high Outward Weight Distribution (OWD) and Stamina. Four large gaps separate the center from the edge, which are intended to further increase OWD and Stamina. Due to its smooth circular perimeter, Illegal has high Life-After-Death (LAD).

Bearing Mobius is a tall Performance Tip with a low angled, free spinning, conical sharp tip. As its name implies, Bearing Mobius is an upgraded form of the Mobius with the addition of ball bearings supporting the free spinning sharp tip. Compared to its predecessors, its conical sharp tip is slightly taller, with the center protruding more; this increases height by 1.5mm. The sharp tip is identical to the one found on Bearing Drift.

The sharp tip of Bearing Mobius creates low friction with the stadium floor, resulting in high Stamina and Burst Defense. The addition of ball bearings reduces friction between the tip and the shaft, increasing the free spin further and thus the Stamina. In addition, the wide diameter of the free spinning sharp tip helps maintain stability.

The addition of ball bearings introduces a weakness similar to the original Bearing Performance Tip: poor Knock-Out (KO) Resistance. This is caused by the free spinning tip; due to the low friction between the tip and stadium floor, Bearing Mobius is highly susceptible to Knock-Outs.
